Welcome to another posting of a series of gig listings for 1960s bands. None of these lists is exhaustive and my idea is to add to them in the comments section below over time. They are here for future researchers to draw on.  I have also added a few interesting bits of information and will add images in time.

I’d like to encourage band members to get in touch to share memories, or for anyone to send corrections/clarifications to my email: Warchive@aol.com

Equally important, if you attended any of the gigs below or played in the support band, please do leave your memories below in the comments section for future historians to use. If you know of any missing gigs, please add them too, if possible, with the sources.

  1. Right after Roger played the very first session with DP on June 7th 1969 at De Lane Lee Kingsway he was asked to join the band. One day later he accepted the offer. 1990 he claimed in an interview with Mat Snow that from then on he had to play many shows for 6 weeks with Episode Six. „These were the longest six weeks in my life.“

  2. I moved to the north of England in June 1968. The band I was in went onto support episode six at the Rhodes centre. The drummer wrote to me that they had achieved our ambition ,

  3. We saw Episode Six at a school in Brockley on 2nd December 1967 so they weren’t in Germany then – information from Melody Maker therefore doesn’t match up
